Hi. First thanks for commenting my blog. It is really motivational and lifts up your mood when you know that someone cares enough to drop you a few lines. So i will try to give you a few tips. First of all i find it helping when i post my stats and then set some goal weights and dates i want to reach them. Furthermore i find it extremely helping when i set a max cal limit for the day actually i find taht it is the best way for me if i have a plan set. so You should start counting your cals if you are not doing it already. To eat less you really have to keep yourself occupied like today is ma fast day and i have read like 4 new blogs from start so i would not think so much about food. Also thinspiration is good. Also as you probably know you should drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Water is the best and has 0cals. It also makes you stomach feel more full so you may not want to eat so much. Also some supplements and vitamins are recommended to take although at the moment i am not taking any.but i will buy some multivitamins when i get some money. Hmm i really cant remember anything more at the moment but if you have questions feel free to ask me. i am happy to help.
